How fast can a project start?

Most engagements kick off within 3–7 working days after requirements and scope are confirmed in writing. We keep our pipeline manageable so you’re never waiting months.

Do you support KRA compliance?

Yes. Every billing and invoicing system we build is designed for KRA eTIMS from day one — including invoice lifecycle management, error handling, and audit trail exports.

Can you improve existing systems?

Absolutely. We regularly take over existing platforms, audit them for security and stability, and then stabilize, secure, and extend based on your priorities.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We offer monitoring, scheduled maintenance, bug resolution, and roadmap support packages. We’ll agree the right model based on your team and operating context.

Do you work outside Nairobi?

Yes. We work with clients across Kenya — Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, and beyond — as well as regional clients in East Africa. Most engagement work is done remotely.

How does pricing work?

We quote per project after a scoping call. Some ongoing services (hosting, monitoring, support) are billed monthly. We don’t do open-ended hourly retainers without a clear scope.
